HOW TO ACTIVATE THE OFFER
Moving your mobile service to Lyca Mobile is easy.
- Give us a Porting Authorization Code (PAC) to keep your current number
- To get your PAC unique code, text PAC to 65075 from your current network number
- Important : Your PAC will last for only 30 days
- Buy a Lyca Mobile SIM card here or you can get a SIM card at any of our retail outlets
- Switch online or by requesting the retailer to transfer your number from your current operator to Lyca Mobile
- To activate the offer, ensure you have £10 credit available on your balance or top-up to add credit. Once done, text "PORT IN" to 3333
- When the number transfer has been completed, the Offer will be activated. You will receive a confirmation text as soon as the offer has been activated

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE OFFER
Leaving your current number and moving your mobile service to Lyca Mobile is easy.
- Give us a Service Termination Authorisation Code (STAC) to leave your current number behind
- To get your STAC unique code, text STAC to 75075 from your current network number
- Important: Your STAC will last for only 30 days
- Buy a Lyca Mobile SIM here or you can get a SIM card at any of our retail outlets. Do not insert the SIM into a mobile device yet
Submit your STAC online or by requesting the retailer, to leave your old number and activate your Lyca Mobile SIM- Once your Lyca Mobile SIM is active, ensure you have £10 credit available on your balance or top-up to add credit. To avail the offer, text "PORT IN" to 3333
- You will receive a confirmation text as soon as the offer has been activated
