Renewing your subscribed Prepay Plan with Lyca Mobile is easy, and we offer multiple convenient options:

1. Online Renewal:
Log in to our official website at lycamobile.ie.
Select the option to renew your Prepay Plan.
Follow the on-screen prompts to choose your plan and complete the renewal process.

2. Lyca Mobile App:
Download and install our Lyca Mobile app, available for both iOS and Android devices.
Sign in to your account within the app and navigate to the section for plan renewal.
Follow the instructions to renew your subscribed Prepay Plan.

3. Using a Voucher:
You can also renew your Prepay Plan using a Lyca Mobile top-up voucher, which you can purchase from various stores and retailers.
The voucher will display a PIN, either printed on it or hidden beneath a scratch panel.
To use the voucher, enter 131PIN# and press send, or you can dial 1747 from your Lyca Mobile and follow the instructions to apply the voucher.
